Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.

Mix mashed potatoes thoroughly with cottage cheese and sour cream.

Blend.
Step 4
Add onion, white pepper and salt to taste.
Step 5
Mix well.
Step 6
Spoon into a shallow, buttered Pam sprayed 2-quart casserole.
Step 7
They all had little spikes that got brown and crisp.
Step 8
Brush surface with melted butter.
Step 9
Bake 350° for 1/2 hour.
