  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F.

  • Step 2: Mix mashed potatoes thoroughly with cottage cheese and sour cream.

  • Step 3: Blend.

  • Step 5: Mix well.

  • Step 6: Spoon into a shallow, buttered Pam sprayed 2-quart casserole.

  • Step 7: They all had little spikes that got brown and crisp.
