"I got this recipe from an old friend, who got it off a bag of frozen hash browns. My family raved about it the first time I made it, and there are never any leftovers. It's actually not too fattening if you stick to only 1-2 servings...which is hard to do!"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Spray 9 x 11 baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 3
Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs in a VERY LARGE bowl. If your biggest bowl isn't big enough split everything in half and make it in two batches.
Step 4
Pour potatoes into baking dish and top with bread crumbs, crackers or cornflakes.
Step 5
Bake for one hour.
