Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 32 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes (cube style, not shredded, Do NOT thaw)
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 16 ounces low-fat sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 can (10 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup (lite soup ok)
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs (ok to sub crushed crackers or unsweetened cornflakes)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: Spray 9 x 11 baking dish with cooking spray.

  • Step 3: Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs in a VERY LARGE bowl. If your biggest bowl isn't big enough split everything in half and make it in two batches.

  • Step 4: Pour potatoes into baking dish and top with bread crumbs, crackers or cornflakes.

  • Step 5: Bake for one hour.
