Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large bowl or pan large enough to hold the pork chops combine all marinade ingredients and the add the pork chops and let marinate overnight. Remove chops and bring to room temperature and season chops with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 3

In a skillet over high heat add the olive oil and when hot add the pork chops and sear on both sides until browned (a minute or so on each side). Remove from skillet and place in baking pan or cookie sheet cook in oven for 20 minutes or until internal temp is 140 degrees F. **You can also cook on a grill over a medium low fire.

Step 4

Place the sauce on a plate and place chops on top of sauce.
