Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oven to 400F. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil. Generously spray with cooking spray.
Step 2
In shallow dish, mix Bisquick mix, dry ranch dressing mix, paprika and garlic powder. In another shallow dish, mix egg and water.
Step 3
First dip the chicken into egg mixture, then coat with Bisquick mixture. Place chicken in pan.
Step 4
Bake 30 minutes.
Step 5
Turn the chicken, then continue to bake about 10 minutes longer or until juice of chicken is clear when thickest part is cut to bone (180°F).
Step 6
Serve with prepared ranch dressing.
