When I mixed this and formed the 3 cakes ( I just made 1/2 recipe) I wondered how this would ever turn out - well it did and super good. I baked them at 450 for about 18 minutes. Golden on top and cooked underneath. Served with some Thai chili sauce. Will definately make again

I actually made these in a cast iron pan on the grill while we were having our seafood fest. We loved them. I served them with butter drizzled over the top with a good squeeze of lemon. Deeeelicious! Thanks for sharing this low fat winner with us CameoCook! Linda Update: I made these for my friend and I for lunch yesterday and my friend loved them. She asked for the recipe! I have had these several times now and enjoy them every time I do!
