Step 1: In a bowl combine egg, yogurt, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, chopped green onions, garlic, paprika, pepper and salt. Add in the crabmeat and the crushed saltine crackers. Gently mix.
Step 2: Shape into five equal portion patties; Place the patties in a baking pan that has been sprayed with nonstick coating;
Step 3: Broil about 5 inches from heat for 15 minutes or until golden (there is no need to flip the crab cakes over) OR oven bake the crab cakes in a preheated 450 degree oven, until they turn lightly brown.
