"This is a recipe I came up with when trying to copy the "Popsicle" brand "Creamsicle" sold in stores, it was a big hit with the kids. You can add a bit of red and yellow food coloring to this if you want it to be orange but I prefer not to use the coloring."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine the milk, cream, pudding mix, marmalade and extract in a blender until smooth and creamy.

Step 2

Pour into 6 (5 ounce) or 4 (8 ounce) plastic disposable cups and let sit for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Place the cups in the freezer for an hour then add the popsicle sticks to the center of popsicles.

Step 4

Freeze the pops overnight.

Step 5

Enjoy.

Kerfuffle-Upon-Wincle (KUW)

Creamy, sweet, and wonderfully delicious! Because I thought the pops sounded overly sweet, I made them with buttermilk. I whisked the ingredients instead of using the blender. The recipe made eight 2 1/2-ounce and three 3-ounce pops. Tagged for Billboard.
