Step 1: Combine the milk, cream, pudding mix, marmalade and extract in a blender until smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Pour into 6 (5 ounce) or 4 (8 ounce) plastic disposable cups and let sit for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Place the cups in the freezer for an hour then add the popsicle sticks to the center of popsicles.
Step 4: Freeze the pops overnight.
Step 5: Enjoy.
