Great way to take some short cuts on French Onion Soup. I'm not normally a fan of anything premade, such as onion soup mix, but this didn't taste store-bought at all. I've made this twice now. The second time I used low-sodium beef broth, that was the ingredient that seemed missing the first time. With that change, this tastes just like the best French Onion Soup you would get at a fancy restaurant. Only it's super quick and super budget friendly!
