Step by Step Method

Step 1

Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.

Step 2

In a large skillet coated with cooking spray, cook pork over medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.

Step 3

Remove and keep warm.

Step 4

Add the remaining ingredients to the skillet, stirring to loosen browned bits from pan.

Step 5

Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.

Step 6

Return chops to the pan.

Step 7

Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 3-4 minutes or until a thermometer reads 145°. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Wow! This has such a delicious sauce...I wish I had not only known that but also that there would be plenty to serve it over mashed potatoes...I served them with German potato pancakes...and a side salad...the pork did come out nice and tender...this is going on my best of 2023 list...made for "Billboard" tag game...
