  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey Dijon mustard

How to Make

  • Step 1: Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.

  • Step 2: In a large skillet coated with cooking spray, cook pork over medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.

  • Step 3: Remove and keep warm.

  • Step 4: Add the remaining ingredients to the skillet, stirring to loosen browned bits from pan.

  • Step 5: Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.

  • Step 6: Return chops to the pan.

  • Step 7: Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 3-4 minutes or until a thermometer reads 145°. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
