"A recipe I came up with when trying to copy the Philadelphia brand onion chip dip. It’s pretty darned close ;)"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix the minced onion and water together and microwave for 30 seconds to rehydrate onions; set aside to cool.
Step 2
Once the onions are cooled completely, mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for a couple of hours to allow flavours to meld.
Step 3
Serve with ruffled chips.
