Step by Step Method

Step 1

Melt butter in large saucepan and add onion, season lightly and cook until tender.

Step 2

Add chopped celery and potatoes, and barely cover with water.

Step 3

Bring to a boil and reduce heat.

Step 4

Then simmer 20 minutes until vegetables are soft.

Step 5

Add milk and chopped eggs; season with salt and pepper to taste. (I'm using celery salt and lemon pepper, you do you).

Step 6

Simmer until hot

Step 7

Serve.
