Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350'.
Step 2
Beat the butter and sugars together until creamy.
Step 3
Add the eggs and vanilla and beat well.
Step 4
Add the combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt and mix well.
Step 5
Stir in the oats and raisins and mix well. The dough will be too stiff for an electric mixer.
Step 6
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Step 7
Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 8
Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet.
Step 9
Remove to wire rack.
