Step by Step Method
Step 1
Grind the oats in nut grinder or a food processor.
Step 2
Mix the egg with the yogurt, vanilla and honey in a small bowl.
Step 3
Add the oats and the baking soda.
Step 4
Preheat a non-stick pan, add coconut oil or butter.
Step 5
Scoop batter onto heated pan, making small pancakes.
Step 6
When the edges of the pancakes look done and bubbles come up it's time to flip the pancakes.
Step 7
Cook on the other side as well.
Step 8
Serve immediately with your favorite toppings!
