  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Pinch of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil or butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Grind the oats in nut grinder or a food processor.

  • Step 2: Mix the egg with the yogurt, vanilla and honey in a small bowl.

  • Step 3: Add the oats and the baking soda.

  • Step 4: Preheat a non-stick pan, add coconut oil or butter.

  • Step 5: Scoop batter onto heated pan, making small pancakes.

  • Step 6: When the edges of the pancakes look done and bubbles come up it's time to flip the pancakes.

  • Step 7: Cook on the other side as well.

  • Step 8: Serve immediately with your favorite toppings!
