Step 1

Steam veggies with juice squeezed over after.

The shallots & pecans add a lovely flavour addition to the vegetables. To be sure the asparagus doesnt overcook I suggest to steam the beans for 5 minutes before adding the asparagus for a final 5 minutes. I'll be making this recipe again.
