Step 1
Preheat oven to 400° F
Step 2
Combine meat, egg, seasoning to taste, onion, Bell peppers , mushrooms and cubed cheese
Step 3
Mix together.
Step 4
Form a log shape and place in a baking dish.
Step 5
Drape the sliced cheese over the meat and then cover with overlapping bacon slices.
Step 6
Pour water in baking dish and place in oven.
Step 7
Bake for 1 hour.
Step 8
If the bacon starts to brown too much cover with a piece of foil. ( I would cover lightly and remove cover last 15 minutes)
