Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oil.
Step 2
Add onion and bell pepper.
Step 3
Cook until translucent.
Step 4
Add tomato paste, curry powder and cayenne pepper.
Step 5
Cook just a minute.
Step 6
Add tomatoes.
Step 7
Add rest of spices.
Step 8
Add water that you have rinsed out cans with.
Step 9
Simmer 30 minutes until cooked down
Step 10
After getting sauce going cook spaghetti al dente in heavily salted boiling water.
Step 11
Drain.
Step 12
Add cooked drained spaghetti and cook a few minutes in sauce.
Step 13
Season to taste.
Step 14
Add parsley and toss.
