Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°.
Step 2
Bake potatoes for about 1 hour, until cooked.
Step 3
Cut each potato in half, and scoop centers into a large saucepan. Reserve potato skins for another use, if desired.
Step 4
Blend in remaining ingredients. Heat through, stirring gently.
