Step by Step Method
Step 1
Peel and slice cooked potatoes and put into a 9x13 inch Pam sprayed casserole.
Step 2
Make a sauce of soup, butter, sour cream, onion and cheese.
Step 3
Pour over potatoes.
Step 4
Cover.
Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Uncover.
Step 7
Crush 2 handfuls of corn flakes.
Step 8
Add 2 tablespoons melted butter.
Step 9
Mix well and put on top of potato mixture.
Step 10
Bake 10 minutes until lightly browned.
