The ingredients are:
  • 3 pounds potatoes, cooked until almost done (8)
  • 10 ounces cream of chicken soup (1 can)
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 8 ounces sour cream (1 container)
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded (1 cup)
  • Topping
  • 2 cups corn flakes cereal
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

How to Make

  • Step 1: Peel and slice cooked potatoes and put into a 9x13 inch Pam sprayed casserole.

  • Step 2: Make a sauce of soup, butter, sour cream, onion and cheese.

  • Step 3: Pour over potatoes.

  • Step 4: Cover.

  • Step 5: Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

  • Step 6: Uncover.

  • Step 7: Crush 2 handfuls of corn flakes.

  • Step 8: Add 2 tablespoons melted butter.

  • Step 9: Mix well and put on top of potato mixture.

  • Step 10: Bake 10 minutes until lightly browned.
