Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large bowl stir honey and salt into warm water or scalded milk.

Let cool to warm.

Add eggs, oil and 2 cups flour.

Add yeast and beat well.

Add remaining flour and mix.

When dough becomes too stiff to stir knead until smooth and elastic.

Let rise 1 hour.

Punch down and form buns.

Let rise 1 hour.

Step 10

Bake at 375° F for 15-20 minutes.

Step 11

Brush tops with melted butter after baking.
