Step 1: In a large bowl stir honey and salt into warm water or scalded milk.
Step 2: Let cool to warm.
Step 3: Add eggs, oil and 2 cups flour.
Step 4: Add yeast and beat well.
Step 5: Add remaining flour and mix.
Step 6: When dough becomes too stiff to stir knead until smooth and elastic.
Step 7: Let rise 1 hour.
Step 8: Punch down and form buns.
Step 9: Let rise 1 hour.
Step 10: Bake at 375° F for 15-20 minutes.
Step 11: Brush tops with melted butter after baking.
