Step 1

Cut slices bacon in half. Fry. Drain grease

Step 2

Add soup and sherry into pan then mix

Step 3

Break up cheese and allow to melt

Step 4

Break eggs into sauce

Step 5

Poach at 250 degrees until eggs are cooked to taste

Step 6

Serve eggs over toast. Cover with sauce

Step 7

Serve bacon on side or crumbled on top
