Step 1: Cut slices bacon in half. Fry. Drain grease
Step 2: Add soup and sherry into pan then mix
Step 3: Break up cheese and allow to melt
Step 4: Break eggs into sauce
Step 5: Poach at 250 degrees until eggs are cooked to taste
Step 6: Serve eggs over toast. Cover with sauce
Step 7: Serve bacon on side or crumbled on top
