  • 6 ounce sliced bacon (6 slices)
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced, optional
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 can 10 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tablespoons sherry
  • 3 slices (3 ounces) American cheese
  • 6 (220 grams) bread, sliced (toasted)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut slices bacon in half. Fry. Drain grease

  • Step 2: Add soup and sherry into pan then mix

  • Step 3: Break up cheese and allow to melt

  • Step 4: Break eggs into sauce

  • Step 5: Poach at 250 degrees until eggs are cooked to taste

  • Step 6: Serve eggs over toast. Cover with sauce

  • Step 7: Serve bacon on side or crumbled on top
