"Healthy attractive recipe. You use calorie wise sundried tomatoe with oregano dressing to saute the mushrooms and peas, lovely flavour. Quick easy recipe. This is a Kraft recipe with a bit of tweaking from me."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat a large wok or skillet, medium-high heat, add 2 tablespoon sundried tomato dressing, add mushrooms and saute, stirring for about 3 minutes or until they are lightly browned.
Step 2
Add a further tablespoon of dressing and the prepared peas.
Step 3
Saute for 2-3 minutes or until the peas are tender crisp.
Step 4
Do not over cook the peas.
Step 5
Drizzle the lemon juice over and serve
