  • 3 tablespoon sundried tomato with oregano dressing, tablespoons separated
  • 4 cups fresh mushroons, cleaned and quartered
  • 1 1/2 cups snap or snow peas, tipped, cut crosswise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat a large wok or skillet, medium-high heat, add 2 tablespoon sundried tomato dressing, add mushrooms and saute, stirring for about 3 minutes or until they are lightly browned.

  • Step 2: Add a further tablespoon of dressing and the prepared peas.

  • Step 3: Saute for 2-3 minutes or until the peas are tender crisp.

  • Step 4: Do not over cook the peas.

  • Step 5: Drizzle the lemon juice over and serve
