Step 1: Heat a large wok or skillet, medium-high heat, add 2 tablespoon sundried tomato dressing, add mushrooms and saute, stirring for about 3 minutes or until they are lightly browned.
Step 2: Add a further tablespoon of dressing and the prepared peas.
Step 3: Saute for 2-3 minutes or until the peas are tender crisp.
Step 4: Do not over cook the peas.
Step 5: Drizzle the lemon juice over and serve
