Once you try these you will make them all the time. I made 2 batches last week alone. They are addicting after the first one. My husband demands I make these at least once a week!

Courtney, you know how much I love your recipes and this cookie is one of my all time favorites. These are chewy on the inside and a little crunchy on the outside, with delicious flavors all mixed together. I am not a raisin lover, but I am addicted to these cookies and have made them many times! They are easy to make and delicious, just like the name says!
