Step by Step Method
Step 1
Chop broccoli florets into small, bite-sized pieces. (I save the stems for broccoli soup.) Place in bowl with raisins and pine nuts.
Step 2
In small bowl, mix together dressing ingredients. Pour over broccoli and mix well.
Step 3
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
