Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 broccoli head
  • 1/2 cup raisins (or more)
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts (or more)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Chop broccoli florets into small, bite-sized pieces. (I save the stems for broccoli soup.) Place in bowl with raisins and pine nuts.

  • Step 2: In small bowl, mix together dressing ingredients. Pour over broccoli and mix well.

  • Step 3: Serve chilled or at room temperature.
