Step 1

Combine orange juice and soy sauce. Pour into resealable bag and add chicken. Refrigerate overnight.

Step 2

Remove chicken from marinade, reserve marinade. Place chicken in a baking dish coated with cooking spray. Spoon marmalade over chicken and add about 1/2 of the reserved marinade to the bottom of the dish.

Step 3

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.

Wonderful flavour. The chicken very moist and tender. I used skinless boneless thighs, it's what I had on hand. I baked them in a small container with half of the marinade - they took 45 minutes and were perfect. Thanks Willow for a lovely do again dinner
