Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.

Step 2

Mix first 4 ingredients until combined. Beat in sugar. Mix flour salt, soda and cinnamon together. Add to wet mixture. Beat until combined. Fold in apples and nuts. Pour into prepared pan.

Step 3

Bake until a tester comes clean, about 45 minutes.
