Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a blender container, sprinkle gelatin over milk; let stand 1 minute.
Step 2
Add hot coffee and process at medium speed about 2 minutes, or until gelatin completely dissolves.
Step 3
Add sugar, cocoa and liqueur; process at high speed until blended.
Step 4
Pour mixture into 4 dessert glasses. Chill about 4 hours, until firm.
Step 5
To serve, mix thawed whipped topping with 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa and place a dollop on each dessert.
