  • 1 envelope (.25 ounce) unflavored gelatin
  • 12 ounces fat-free evaporated milk
  • 1 cup brewed coffee (hot strong)
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons liqueur (coffee-flavored)
  • 1/3 cup frozen whipped topping (thawed, Cool Whip)
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a blender container, sprinkle gelatin over milk; let stand 1 minute.

  • Step 2: Add hot coffee and process at medium speed about 2 minutes, or until gelatin completely dissolves.

  • Step 3: Add sugar, cocoa and liqueur; process at high speed until blended.

  • Step 4: Pour mixture into 4 dessert glasses. Chill about 4 hours, until firm.

  • Step 5: To serve, mix thawed whipped topping with 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa and place a dollop on each dessert.
