"This is an ideal side dish for Brunch. Perfect with smoked sausages or served with a steak. In fact it is good with almost any meal. Use any combination of colored peppers. If you want some heat add 1 teaspoon chili flakes. Thesewould be hefty servings for two but can serve four."
