I cut the recipe in half and there was plenty of the most delicious Asian salad dressing to coat all the ingredients...I didn't realize until after I added some grilled chicken for a full meal that Susie D had also done that...my photo doesn't show the chicken because it's not part of the recipe...but this would also be amazing with some shrimp...it's a keeper...thanks for sharing it and I made it for your Football Divisional Playoff win...

I reduced the salad ingredients to make 2 dinner side salads but made the full amount of dressing. I'm glad I did. I implemented the extra today to prepare a Asian style chicken salad. Thank you for sharing the recipe!
