Step 1
Preheat a greased barbecue grill or chargrill on medium-high.
Step 2
Combine the miso paste and half the honey in a medium bowl and season with pepper and add salmon and turn to coat.
Step 3
Cook salmon on grill for 2-3 mins each side or until cooked to your liking and transfer to a plate and cover with foil and set aside for 5 mins to rest.
Step 4
Meanwhile, cook the noodles in a medium saucepan of boiling water for 3 mins or until just tender and then add the snow pea and cook for 30 secs or until bright green and tender crisp and refresh the noodles and snow pea under cold water and drain and transfer to a large bowl.
Step 5
Add carrot, radish and coriander to the noodle mixture and whisk soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and remaining honey in a bowl and drizzle over noodle mixture and toss to combine and serve with salmon.
