Step 1
Whisk together the vinegar and miso in a small bowl.
Step 2
Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium.
Step 3
Generously coat radishes and skillet with cooking spray. Add the radishes to the skillet, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes, or until just tender. Add butter, and sprinkle with sugar; cook 30 seconds, stirring to coat.
Step 4
Remove from the heat and add the miso mixture. Stir until the radishes are totally coated. Add the cilantro and toss to combine. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to garnish.
