Brown cooked or uncooked meatballs in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat (uncooked meatballs do not have to be completely cooked they will finish cooking in sauce).

Bring to a medium simmer, reduce heat to low and simmer 30-40 minutes stirring occasionally (don't taste the sauce right away it will have a strong vinegar taste!). Bergy (RIP" Forever in our Kitchen)

Very easy, delicious, sweet and sour sauce. I whisked the ingredients together in a small sauce pan brought it to a boil and then poured over the meatballs. I let them simmer in the sauce for about 25 minutes on low. The sauce reallly mellows as it cooks. It is n nice to have a sweet and sour sauce without pineapple! Thanks Canuck for a keeper
