Milk Brownies
"This is what I call a " Milk Brownie " ,you just have to have a glass of milk with this. I first found this on the back of a bag of Chocolate chips. (PLEASE DO NOT USE MIXER) I’ve been using this recipe going on almost 30 years.If you like like your brownies on the chewy side, reduce baking time by 10 minutes. Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Step 2
In small saucepan, melt chips and margarine over low heat, stirring until well blended and cool slightly.
Step 3
In a large bowl, beat eggs with whisk until foamy and light yellow in color (PLEASE DO NOT USE MIXER).
Step 4
Beat in sugar, vanilla, and chip mixture.
Step 5
Add flour, mixing well.
Step 6
Pour into a lightly greased 13x 9-inch pan.
Step 7
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until brownies pull away from pan or until set in center.
Step 8
COOL completely before cutting into squares.
