Step 1: Preheat oven to 325°F.
Step 2: In small saucepan, melt chips and margarine over low heat, stirring until well blended and cool slightly.
Step 3: In a large bowl, beat eggs with whisk until foamy and light yellow in color (PLEASE DO NOT USE MIXER).
Step 4: Beat in sugar, vanilla, and chip mixture.
Step 5: Add flour, mixing well.
Step 6: Pour into a lightly greased 13x 9-inch pan.
Step 7: Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until brownies pull away from pan or until set in center.
Step 8: COOL completely before cutting into squares.
