Step by Step Method
Step 1
Get spices ready on plate.
Step 2
Heat oil.
Step 3
Saute onions and peppers until soft.
Step 4
Add garlic, rice, spices, broth and lemon juice.
Step 5
Cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Add peas and parsley.
Step 7
Let set covered 5 minutes.
Step 8
Season to taste.
