  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried chili flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Rice
  • 7 ounces dry white rice (1 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Get spices ready on plate.

  • Step 2: Heat oil.

  • Step 3: Saute onions and peppers until soft.

  • Step 6: Add peas and parsley.

  • Step 7: Let set covered 5 minutes.
