Great healthy tasty side salad! I made it as directed with extra garlic. It was very good, except was a little too bitter from the tahini for my taste. I made a wonderful colorful meal from this, your South African Yellow Rice, and b/s chicken breasts. Made for the Billboard recipe tag game.
