Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat bacon and when crispy remove to paper towels.

Step 2

Drain grease leaving 2 tablespoons oil in pan.

Step 3

Add onions and bell peppers to the bacon grease.

Step 4

Add celery and mushrooms and cook until onions are translucent.

Step 5

Add shrimp and cook until pink.

Step 6

Add tomato soup, rinsing out can with cream.

Step 7

Cook until hot and bubbly and season to taste.

Step 8

Add the bacon back in.

Step 9

Serve over hot Chinese noodles.
