Step 1: Heat bacon and when crispy remove to paper towels.
Step 2: Drain grease leaving 2 tablespoons oil in pan.
Step 3: Add onions and bell peppers to the bacon grease.
Step 4: Add celery and mushrooms and cook until onions are translucent.
Step 5: Add shrimp and cook until pink.
Step 6: Add tomato soup, rinsing out can with cream.
Step 7: Cook until hot and bubbly and season to taste.
Step 8: Add the bacon back in.
Step 9: Serve over hot Chinese noodles.
